The onsite 18-hole Country Club course is complimented by another 2 other golf courses within Champions Gate Resort and you are only minutes to several other world-class golf resorts meaning you can golf for a week and play a different course every day.

The onsite Oasis Clubhouse features two huge resort style pools that includes a fun pool with waterslide and a splash park plus a lazy river offering boundless entertainment.

The clubhouse also has a restaurant and a full-service bar available plus a fitness wing with all the latest in cardio and weight training equipment and a spa to relax and help rejuvenate your tired muscles.

Our charming two-story property is truly enchanting, and you can't help but appreciate how picturesque the home is upon arrival. With its open plan concept for living, cooking, and dining, the kitchen also boasts granite worktops and breakfast bar plus high end appliances which set the standard for the entire home.

The interior of this spacious family accommodation offers the right mixture of elegance with a style that is cosy and luxurious and a colour scheme that creates a calming atmosphere.

The Trendy Living Area with pool views is a great family room. It has a ceiling fan and Flat Screen TV and offers plenty of seating and is decorated in calming neutral tones with stylish furniture.

There is a 2nd Family Room situated upstairs in a Harry Potter theme that boasts comfy seating, a ceiling fan and Flat Screen TV. The perfect place for the junior members of your party to retreat to for a movie night after a bustling day at the parks.

The Dark Wood Kitchen is very stylish and the high-end quality shows in the granite worktops and kitchen appliances. It is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with the added bonus of a breakfast bar with stools. A great place for your guests to sit and catch up whilst you are cooking the family meal.

The Dining Area has gorgeous pool views and comfortably sits eight people. The perfect place to enjoy that home cooked meal, takeaway or even a family games night.

The Games Room situated in the garage is another great addition to the home. There is a Pac Man Game, Pool Table and Foosball Table plus a seating area for those who want to cheer on the competitors.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) King Suite with ceiling fan and flat screen television that is beautifully decorated in a neutral colour scheme. There are ensuite facilities with pool access that consist of a bath, separate shower and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) King Suite continues the neutral colour scheme with a ceiling fan, flat screen television and ensuite facilities of a shower and vanity unit

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) Queen Suite in a calming cream décor with a ceiling fan and flat screen television. There are ensuite facilities of a shower and vanity unit

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Frozen themed twin bedroom with a ceiling fan and flat screen television. The perfect room for the Frozen fans amongst your party.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Unique Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom with flat screen television and novelty décor.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
