Marbella is a quiet gated community in an ideal location just off Highway 27 in Davenport 3 miles south of the Interstate 4 junction.
The drive to Marbella takes you through orange and lemon groves which are surrounded by a wooded conservation area where you will find some of Florida’s most loved wildlife in their natural habitat.
As you enter the developments gates you will see the pavilion area with the kid’s playground and the tennis and basketball courts which are a great place for any children in your party to make friends with other holidaymakers.
This community was built in 2 phases with all of our properties being constructed in the second phase which offer bright and spacious accommodation, with luxury furnishings and the type of high end fixtures and fittings you would expect of an executive home.
Although the community offers peace and serenity there is a shopping complex with a Publix supermarket only 2 minutes from Marbella and there is also a 24 hours Super Wal-Mart just 5 minutes south down Highway 27. If you head a few minutes north on 27 you also have the Posner Park Shopping Mall which benefits from a Super Target, JC Penney's and numerous other stores and restaurants as well as a 10 screen I Max Cinema complex.
Despite being in a semi-rural location there is still a good selection of local restaurants such as Chilli's and Millers Ale House at Champions Gate and Applebee's Bar and Grill on Highway 27. For anybody looking for a real Florida culinary experience then Manny's Chop House is only 10 minutes from Marbella and is always on our must do list every time we visit.
With easy access to Interstate 4 all of Orlando’s World Class Attractions are on your doorstep including Walt Disney World (15 mins drive) Universal Resort, SeaWorld, Aquatica and the International Drive area.
There are plenty of designer shopping options just a short drive away including the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets which is only 20 mins from Marbella and is a great place to find some of the World’s biggest brands at discount prices.
For the golfers in the group the closest courses are Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club and Southern Dunes which are both no more than 5 minutes away. And finally any beach lovers or surfers in your party can be at Clearwater on the Gulf Coast and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast in around an hour’s drive.
