Solana is a beautiful and striking resort in an exclusive gated community that is renowned for its pretty Mediterranean styled homes. The resort has a wonderful 4000ft Clubhouse that benefits from a Community Pool & Spa that includes shady cabanas, perfect for relaxing days, and with extra activities including a Putting Green, Volleyball and Soccer Pitches there is plenty to keep you entertained during your stay. With the added benefit of being situated on Highway 27 a few minutes south of US192 means you have a large variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses restaurants, fast food outlets no more than 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away.

From the moment you set foot inside, you will recognize that you have chosen something truly exceptional. The interiors are adorned with a delightful blend of crisp white tones, accentuated by contrasting walls and contemporary furnishings, creating a vibrant and welcoming home.

Living Area – is situated at the front of the home and occupies a lovely sunny bright position, with a great cosy seating area and two video game machines. It is the perfect spot for your guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

Dining Area – is perfect for enjoying some home cooked meals on the evenings when you simply want to relax and chat about the day’s events and perhaps plan a few more adventures. With its pristine white décor and striking turquoise feature wall, this space creates an enchanting atmosphere.

The Modern White Kitchen– is fully equipped for all your needs and boasts an island with bar stools. It also has the added benefit of a lovely breakfast area with table and chairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy a quick bite to eat before you head out to the parks or a day’s shopping.

The Family Area – is situated at the back of the home with views to the pool and includes a Flat Screen television and plenty of comfortable seating to gather and watch a film or a sporting event or to relax after a day out.

Games Room – Located in the garage and boasts a pool table.

The outside space features an expansive deck area with a good-sized pool and spa plus sun loungers where you can bask in the glorious Florida sunshine and unwind with a good book while your children have a fun in the pool. Bedroom 4 - King Suite – Located upstairs with a crisp white décor and blue undertones has a Flat Screen Television, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower and single basin unit.

Bedroom 5 – Twin room boasting pastel bunk beds and Disney Princess Theme – Located upstairs with Flat Screen TV and a shared bathroom consisting of a bath with shower and single basin unit. This room has a stunning Disney Feature wall and is a perfect room for the Disney Princess fans amongst you.

Bedroom 6 - Twin Bedroom - Located upstairs and is a unique Avengers styled room with two sets of bunkbeds in a custom-built surround and lighting. The room has a Flat Screen Television and offers a truly extraordinary experience.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Resort Information

Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is approximately a 12-minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.

The highlight of Solana Resort is the 4000 Sq. ft. onsite Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine or to simply enjoy a swim or a relax in the spa with an ice cold drink.
