It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.

The Kitchen – The kitchen is modern, high end and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs during your stay. It includes a kitchen island, breakfast bar and cosy stools for you and your guests to enjoy - great for quick breakfasts, enjoying a drink and having a little company while preparing meals.
The Dining Area – The dining area has a modern wooden table with chairs and a bench. It is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal or simply unwind with a glass of wine.
The Outdoor Space – Outside you will find beautiful views onto the lake, a good-sized pool and a gorgeous deck area that is equipped with outdoor furniture, plus a table and chairs for you all to enjoy Alfresco dining under a covered lanai. The beach and ocean themed bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable, making them the perfect haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day. There is also a modern Mickey and Minnie themed room that will delight any Disney fan.
Bedroom 1 (master suite - upstairs) - The master suite is a stunning room offering beautiful lake views and a cosy sofa for you to relax in whilst enjoying them. Complete with a king-sized bed, whitewashed wooden furniture, flat screen TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and double vanity sink – it is the perfect place to retire to after a busy day.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - This beautifully furnished room offers a calming interior, complete with a king-sized bed and warm wooden furnishings. It has a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom next door with a shower and vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - This beautiful room continues the ocean theme with its bright interior and lake views. It has a queen-sized bed with warm wooden furniture and features a flatscreen TV, en-suite with walk in shower a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - This subtly themed Mickey and Minnie room has two twin beds and white wooden furniture making it feel light and modern. This is a great room for friends or siblings to share and has a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom with a bath with overhead shower and a double vanity sink.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) - This luxurious twin bedroom continues the ocean theme and is bright and airy. It has two twin beds, a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom which includes a bath with overhead shower and a double vanity sink.
Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.

DEFINITELY THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS NEW DEVELOPMENT IN THE CHAMPIONS GATE AREA
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL HAVE ACCESS TO EVERY AMENITY you can imagine to make your Florida vacation as memorable as possible. The Grand Clubhouse and Communal Pool area are Truly Spectacular and the perfect way to spend a day away from the parks, it simply does not get any better.
THERE IS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AT THE POOL AND SPA AREA where you have access to your own Private Beach Cabanas where families gather with their cool boxes during the day. The slides are obviously a massive attraction for the kids in your party who will happily spend every hour of the day splashing into the pool. There are Tennis Courts on site, so remember to bring your racquets if you wish to play, although these can be purchased at Dicks Sporting Goods at the nearby Posner Park Shopping Centre if necessary.
THE CLUBHOUSE ENJOYS A LARGE LOUNGE AREA which is the perfect place if you want to escape the Florida heat during in the summer months, while the rest of the family can enjoy the communal pool area. If there are members of your party that would enjoy keeping in shape while on vacation there is a fitness centre onsite and a Cyber Café with internet access for those who want to stay online. Picnic Areas and a Children's Playground are all within the vicinity of the Grand Clubhouse area.
SOLTERRA RESORT IS AN EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE DEVELOPMENT which has been constructed in a genuine Mediterranean style, plus the location is ideal. You are just minutes from Champions Gate where you will find a Publix Supermarket, a number of Banks, a Walgreens Pharmacy a 7/11 as well as a McDonalds and a Chilli's Bar and Grill. Its also only 2 miles to the Posner Park Shopping Mall which has a Super Target, J.C. Penney's, Dick's Sporting Goods amongst other larger outlets.
THERE IS A SELECTION OF AMERICAN STYLE BAR AND GRILLS nearby such as Applebee's and the excellent Manny's Chop House on Highway 27 and fine dining options are also available at Zen and Trevi's at the Omni Resort at Champions Gate or Eleven and Forte at nearby Reunion Resort. My wife and I would highly recommend this property. We have been home owners ourselves for 17 years and only recently sold our own property so we know how hard it is to present a great property and keep it up to standard which the owners have clearly managed with great success. The home is beautifully decorated , very spacious and has everything you are likely to need. Look no further , this is a lovely home which we would happily return to at any time.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for well over a month. The place is spacious, new and well equipped. I thought that it was a good value for such a large place and suited our needs well. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful home. Clean and well maintained with a very high standard of decor throughout. Equipped with everything you could need for a short break or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen with many utensils making it easy to cook anything from a snack to a thanksgiving meal. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pool towels. Pool is a nice size and pool toys are provided. Gorgeous lake views from lanai which is not overlooked by other houses. Resort is clean and has a nice pool with lazy river and slides.

Beautiful and spacious house; just as described in the pictures! Very well equipped! We spent a lovely month there! Close to Disney parks and supermarkets and convenience stores as well. We loved having the private pool!

Paul & Jill are responsive hosts. Their home was comfy and spacious enough for our 9 guests. Things I want to know when booking a home: -The beds are all coil, pillow top mattresses. Somewhere between firm and soft. I wasn't uncomfortable even though I prefer the softness of a memory foam mattress. -the home had basic pans, plates, and cooking utensils. Be sure to bring dish soap & a sponge. -the pool deck is private and backed up to a retention pond, which made for a great place for our kids to play. -The home is located in a part of the Solterra neighborhood that is under construction. The noise level was minimal (part of our stay was during the week). -The home is too far from the clubhouse to walk with small children, so bring a wagon/stroller, or plan to drive. There was plenty of parking. - the management company requires that you launder any used towels that are not being used on check out day. This was unexpected, so make sure to bring a small bottle of laundry soap, as we could not find any in the home.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely stay again.
