The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or lunch at the comfortable breakfast bar, it’s also an ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing an evening meal.

The Dining Area has a contemporary setting with seating for 8 guests, this is a great setting for you all to enjoy some home cooking and spend time together of an evening discussing the day’s events.

The Outdoor Area has an extended Pool Deck and covered lanai with a table for 6 guests that is perfect for Al Fresco dining. You also have comfortable sun loungers making it an ideal place to make the most of your sunshine holiday. Alternatively, why not chill take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa.

The Games Room - situated in the garage it is ideal to entertain both the kids and the more competitive adults in your party with its Air Hockey and Foosball Tables as well as a Basketball and Terminator Pinball Machine.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) This room has a beautiful Queen-Sized bed with feature headboard and fabulous modern furnishings throughout making it calm, light and relaxing. It has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with full wheelchair access with a zero-entry shower and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) this King-Sized Master Suite is luxurious yet still has a cosy feel with its wooden furnishings and pink tones. The room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with a stunning bath, walk in shower and double vanity sinks. There is also a private balcony that is perfect for a quiet breakfast or an early evening drink before joining the other guests for dinner.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) another stunning bedroom with King-Sized Bed and nautical blue soft furnishings, it has a modern feel and also benefits from a private balcony, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with a bath with overhead shower and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) another fantastic bedroom with a bold modern black and white Disney theme. It is perfect for siblings or friends to share as it has a two twin beds. This room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) this bedroom has a Marvel theme, perfect for superhero siblings, cousins or friends to share. It has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on top. This room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.

Cinema Area – watch your favourite movie come to life in this awesome Home Cinema. It features plush leather chairs with cup holders, plus walls decorated with some famous movie quotes.

Please note, our swimming pool area does not have a protective cage or enclosure to keep out bugs and insects. While we do our best to maintain a clean and bug-free environment, it's important to be aware that in an outdoor setting, some insects may occasionally be present.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.

Reunion is the ultimate Resort set within 2300 acres of rolling terrain and is by far the most prestigious short-term rental community in Orlando today.

Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson are the 3 legends that designed the golf courses here, so I am sure this gives you an idea of how exclusive Reunion really is!!!. Tee times can be booked via the Resort.

Whether you are, eating at any one of the 6 onsite restaurants or just making friends at the numerous bars throughout the resort you really do get the feeling you are staying somewhere special.

We have stayed at the resort as a family several times over the years and had some really special celebrations at Eleven which is the High-End restaurant on the top floor of Reunion Grande Towers and can honestly say we all really love Reunion.

You also have easy access to Champions Gate Village which is just a few minutes away and has a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops and you can also be on Highway 192 with its array of attractions in just 5 minutes.

If I4 is busy with traffic you can use the slip road at the back of Reunion to access the SR429 Toll meaning you can be at Disney within 10 minutes even during peak hour which is another massive plus to staying here.

We have had some great stays at our homes in Reunion Resort which are surrounded by stunning tranquil golf course vistas and I am sure you will to.
