The ground floor is open plan with two large lounge areas, perfect for family holidays as it includes a flat screen TV and a further area to enjoy a little quiet time away to enjoy a good book or plan your next day’s events.
The 2nd lounge area also benefits from a wall mounted flat screen TV which Ideal as different members of the party are likely to have different wishes at some point in the holiday.
The high End fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your holiday and includes a breakfast bar plus a breakfast nook for a quick snack and another separate Dining area for more formal family meals.
ALL OUR HOMES HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDING A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WIFI AND CABLE TV PLUS FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.
The Games Room is a converted garage with its carpeted floor and painted walls and will be a favourite with all guests as it includes A Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Football. There is also a wall mounted TV together with seating area making it a great place to unwind after a day out in the parks or even for a family night in.
The well-appointed bedrooms are both luxurious and comfortable with flat screen TVs, offering the perfect oasis at the end of a busy day.
There are 2 Master Suites one King and one Queen, one of which occupies the whole side of the house with a great walk in wardrobe and a lovely large bath.
There are a further 2 luxury Twin Bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The Outside of the home enjoys an extended South Facing pool deck with a large pool and spa which is not overlooked, offering plenty of space to soak up the Florida sunshine. This is the perfect place to relax whilst reading a book, watch the children splash in the pool, early morning dips or even a delightful Al Fresco meal that can be enjoyed in the covered Lanai area.
THIS IS DEFINITELY A HOME FOR THE MORE DISCERNING TRAVELLER.
Policies: - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book - Photo ID required before check-in - Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa (if your home has a spa) - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
PLEASE NOTE - POOL HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE. The pool would be heated for approx. 12 hours per day.

Veranda Palms is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World situated just off the 192 and located in a Tranquil Park and Lakeside Conservation area, all in the heart of Kissimmee. Convenient to sun soaked Championship Golf Courses, Countless Shops, Restaurants and Bars.
You can easily walk from the community to restaurants such as Applebee’s Bar and Grill or Waffle House (all day breakfast) and it is just a short drive to a Super Target, a 24 hour Walmart and a Publix Supermarket.
Enjoy a real Crazy Golf experience at Congo River or an evening show at Medieval Times which is just a few minutes away. As you are located on the East side of Highway 192 you also have easy access to the International Drive area so SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and other I Drive attractions are just minutes away.
The Brand new Onsite Clubhouse and Communal Pool with Kids slides opened in August 2017 and has only added to the desirability of this extremely popular resort. This offers guests a place to relax alongside the large communal pool, kids pool and waterslides. There is an onsite gym and lounge area meaning there is something for all members of the party at Veranda Palms.
You also have your own personal entrance from Veranda Palms in to the 1000 acre Shingle Creek Nature Reserve where you can explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or canoeing or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves.
