Bedroom 2 – Situated upstairs has a Queen Bed and a flat screen television.

Bedroom 3 – Situated upstairs has two single beds and a flat screen television.

Bedroom 4 – Situated upstairs has a Queen Bed and a flat screen television.

Bedroom 5 - Situated upstairs and is a King Suite with flat screen television and En Suite facilities of a bath with separate shower and basin unit plus w.c.

Family Bathroom – Situated upstairs includes a bath with shower over and a dual basin unit plus w.c.

THE GAMES ROOM is a great place to spend fun time playing Pool, Foosball or Air Hockey and for the spectators, there is a cute American Diner style table and chairs to enjoy a drink and spur on the more competitive members of the group.

THE OUTSIDE of the home features a large oversized pool and deck where you can enjoy an early morning swim, relax on the sun loungers and catch up on the latest novel while watching the children play. - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa (if your home has a spa)
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes
and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
